Meet with assistant psychologist for structured interview (60–90 minutes).

4. Session 2: Psychiatrist Evaluation

Meet with consultant psychiatrist for diagnostic assessment (45 minutes).

5. Receive Your Report

Formal diagnostic report with treatment recommendations.

Treatment Recommendations

Personalised recommendations for next steps, which may include medication and therapy options.

Inattention

Difficulty focusing, easily distracted, forgetfulness, trouble organizing tasks, losing things.

Hyperactivity

Restlessness, difficulty staying seated, fidgeting, excessive talking, difficulty waiting turns.

Impulsivity

Acting without thinking, interrupting others, difficulty with delayed gratification.

Chronic Daily Impairment

You frequently miss deadlines, struggle to manage basic household chores, or find that your forgetfulness and inattention are causing friction in your personal relationships.

Executive Dysfunction

You experience intense "task paralysis" (the inability to start tasks you know you need to do), extreme disorganization, or chronic "time blindness" (always running late or vastly underestimating how long tasks will take).

Attention Extremes

You find it physically uncomfortable to focus on unstimulating tasks, yet you may "hyperfocus" on interests for hours while neglecting your basic needs.

Internal Restlessness

You feel driven by an internal motor, struggle to relax, act impulsively, or find yourself constantly interrupting others.

Secondary Mental Health Toll
