Treatment Options
Follow-Up Appointment

15–25 minute session with a psychiatrist to review your progress and adjust your care. Essential for medication management and treatment monitoring.

Psychological Therapy (CBT)
€90
50-minute cognitive behavioural therapy session with a senior clinical psychologist. Helps develop coping strategies and address ADHD-related challenges.
Cardiovascular Examination (GP)
€70
In-person cardiovascular check-up with a GP in Dublin 2 only. Required for safe ADHD medication management.
Dublin 2 only. Does not include ongoing GP care.
Your Treatment Plan
After a positive diagnosis, your psychiatrist will recommend a personalised treatment plan which may include:
Medication Options
If clinically appropriate, the psychiatrist will discuss medication options and arrange a cardiovascular examination with your GP before starting treatment.
Psychological Therapy
CBT can help develop strategies for managing ADHD symptoms and improving daily functioning.
Regular Monitoring
Follow-up appointments to review medication effectiveness, adjust dosages, and monitor side effects.
GP Coordination
We work with your GP to ensure safe, coordinated care and continuity of treatment.
